Using HRV Link
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your account, your uploads, and anyone with whom you share access.
Health information
HRV Link organizes information for personal reference. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, treatment, or an emergency service. Consult a qualified clinician and call local emergency services when appropriate.
HIPAA
HRV Link is not offered as a HIPAA covered entity or business associate. Do not use it on behalf of a covered entity or business associate, or for data requiring HIPAA compliance, unless we have signed a Business Associate Agreement with you.
Your data and sharing
You retain rights to your data and authorize us to process it to provide the service. You may invite others to view a profile; you are responsible for choosing recipients and revoking access when needed.
Service limits
The service is provided “as is” and may change, fail, or be discontinued. To the fullest extent allowed by law, HRV Link disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss.
Enforcement and changes
We may suspend access for misuse, security risk, or legal necessity. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
